Definitely higher end

I love this eye shadow palette! The colours are absolutely stunning and suit almost every person.
There are a variety of ways that you can wear this palette, and the colours definitely can be used with each other to create a nice look.
It comes with a really great, durable brush, that applies the product very nicely as well.
It applies nicely, and does not have any sort of fall out. It is creamy and luxe, and the colours are so true to the shade they are in the palette.
A little goes a long way with these, and they are extremely blendable. Making it a wonderful palette.
Considering I bought this for $20, I would have to say it is a steal.
