Bland

I thought this was bland. It didn't have much of a flavour to it. It wasn't bad. I did the mistake of microwaving it for 2 minutes instead of 90 seconds. It was a bit mushy. I thought you get more in the pack but after taking it out, it was less than I thought. Not sure if I would get this again. Maybe a different variety.

For the convenience of these packages; you really can't go wrong! I love it as an alternative to just plain rice all the time. It saves me time as the wonderful extra ingredients are already mixed in. The portion size is perfect for small lunches. They taste as many rice convenience packages do- not too bad! Will pick up more to always have in the cupboard for those nights were I just don't wanna cook!

I think Seeds of Change premixed rice packages will be a regular item on my grocery list.
This Caribbean Style combination was tasty. Not spicy, but flavorful. I prefer the Spanish style.
But either way, I love that beans and peppers are already mixed in. That's a few
ingredients I don't have to worry about picking up from the store.
I made some chicken and served this rice on top of satayed spinach. All the food
groups! Super quick and easy to prep. Great for lunches.
