Ice Cream Cake

My grandchildren wanted an ice cream cake for their birthday. I called Carl's ice cream and inquired. They have an artist decorating the cakes. A 9" cake fed 15 - 20 people. The cake was about 2" on the bottom and then about 4-6" of ice cream on top. Half the cake was vanilla and the other half was cookies & cream. The kids loved it.
