Carmex is my go to for lip balms! I like to try different products but I always come back to Carmex. It's very inexpensive and it works great! There are no bells or whistles, no colour, flavor etc. it just works well if you need relief!
After using it, my lips are soft and fuller looking. I will be buying it again!
Carmex offers some of the best healing when I'm fighting a cold sore or dry, cracked lips. It has been a go-to for me for years. Unfortunately, it is thick and sticky, making it less than enjoyable to wear. But it does deliver when it comes down to it.
This is the best lip balm if you are looking for an unflavoured product. The last time I looked it is about 99 cents in the states but close to $4 here if you buy it from a local drug store.
I was introduced to this product in the 1980's by a friend whose daughter was a model in the States. My original little jar(tub) was priced at 39 cents. I believe it has gone up in price to about $4.00, but well worth every penny. I have my original tub, but have bought a few more over the years. Excellent for chapped and sore lips, and the girl who was the model said if they had a blemish before a shoot was scheduled they used this to help heal blemishes. I never get blemishes so have never tried that out. She modeled for years so I am assuming it is true. A great little product, still available at most drug stores and a product that works every time.It is made by the CARMA LAB..INC of Wisconsin, USA. It is a little known product but a powerful one.
I've been using Carmex for years now. I first found it in the States and once I started using it on my cracked, dry lips I was hooked. I wear Carmex everyday and reapply when my lips feel dry. I don't wear lipstick so this is a great alternative for me. My husband is now using it as well. I'm a firm believer.
This product has held up to its name through the years,it always keeps my lips soft and balanced and the price is so right for it you can't go wrong. I love it
I usually use lip balm when hiking to prevent chapped lips from breathing hard, especially in cold weather.
I picked up a Carmex original lip balm on the fly from a grocery store on my way out for a hike in the fall.
Mid way through my hike, i went to put it on but could barely get it out of the tube. I don't know if it's the amount of wax in the product or what, but it doesn't come out of the tube very well in cold weather. Maybe a stick format would of been better....ended up cutting the tube open later and using it for fire starter:(
Don't get anything else but this cute little tub of lip balm, I know from experience. The feel of it after you put it on is amazing, and I love the scent. I prefer the tub, which comes in different sizes, how nice is that? It's a product that's been around for a long time, so it's proved itself. Yes, get it.
. Works well on dry chapped lipsThis is the only lip balm that has worked for me so far
