Pour ce qui est du coté nutritif, ce n'est pas très bourratif. J'ai faim au bout d'une heure. Vu le nombre élevé de calories, je trouve ça dommage.
Donc pour moi ce ne serait qu'un dépanneur pour matin pressé.

Je recommande ce produit à toutes les personnes qui sont pressés le matin . Ce produit goute très bon. Il est très constituant et me soutient toute l'avant-midi. Ce produit est un bon supplément à mon quotidien. Il possède une bonne proportion de protéines. Ce qui est bénéfique à mon entrainement.

Dès la première gorgée j’ai adoré le goût, ça goute meilleur que le quick, ça ressemble au goût des popsicle fudge, vraiment bon ! Très surprenant d’ailleurs car habituellement je n’aime pas le goût des shakes de protéines ou shakes pour maigrir du style slim fast, mais ce déjeuner carnation est vraiment délicieux.

Habituellement si j’ai le temps le matin je mange à la maison avant d’aller au boulot, sinon j’attends d’être rendue au bureau pour manger des toasts vite fait. Le premier matin j’ai attendu d’être au travail pour l’essayer, j’ai donc bu mon déjeuner vers 9h00 et il m’a permis de rester rassasiée jusqu’à l’heure du lunch à midi. C’est assez étrange de déjeuner avec un verre de lait, mais j’étais affamée et cela m’a réellement rassasié ! Par contre, prendre note que ce n’est pas un substitut de repas, il est parfait pour le déjeuner mais le lendemain j’ai essayé de ne prendre que ça pour diner et je me sentais faible, étourdie et j’avais encore faim. Donc déjeuner = oui, remplacer un repas = non.

Au final, je le recommande totalement ! Génial lorsqu’on n’a pas le temps de déjeuner, excellent goût et rassasie vraiment pour plusieurs heures !

I hadn't tried this product before so I was eager once I received the package. I have a hard time getting enough protein each day so I was happy to see how much was in each serving. I found thagt the powder was a little harder then expected to dissolve in the milk by stirring, so I found it quicker and easier to put it in a drink bottle that I could shake to dissolve it. I liked the flavour and it was creamy. I will definitely buy it again. I would also recommend it to a friend, or anybody who is looking for a quick way to get extra protein in, or to use as a breakfast supplement. I #gotitfree from Chick Advisor - Thank you!!!

This is one of my staples that I keep on hand. It is quick and easy to make. It is filling and you can make it is as sweet or non sweet as you want. I use it with almond milk and I love it.

I was lucky to be selected for the Carnation Breakfast Essentials campaign #gotitfree and have been using the chocolate flavour for the past 4 days. I have an issue with morning nausea due to a thyroid hormone imbalance, and usually cannot tolerate breakfast. This is the perfect product for me. It gives me nutrients and energy, is delicious, AND I can keep it down and feel satiated. Highly recommend this product not just for "on the go" but for people like me that either can't typically tolerate eating in the morning or have nausea.

I loved this powdered drink. I #gotitfree in exchange for my honest review and have to say, it tasted better than other brands of morning breakfast drinks! It is so easy to use, I just opened the packet into my large mug (no messy scoops from a big tub) and and added a cup or so of cold milk and stirred; voila, a delicious drink that I was able to take with me to work or drink in a hurry (always rushing to work!). The chocolate flavour was simply divine and tasted amazing. I feel like it's really helping with my work outs too because of the extra protein I'm getting. I'm not s huge fan of milk on its own so I love having this chocolate drink for breakfast and knowing I'm getting extra protein in my day.

I was very impressed with the flavor of this drink mix! I used to remember it tasting like chalk, but now it actually tastes like a chocolate milkshake! It was very easy to mix with milk when I got to work, and kept me filled until lunchtime. The price point is also not too bad for the amount of drink mix envelopes you receive in the box. I also enjoyed the fact that it did not leave any grimy powder in the bottom of the glass that I was using, that stuff is really hard to clean off!
