my lifestyle is pretty busy! These are great on the go! My teenage daughter enjoyed them on her way out the door in the morning as well. When she`s not hungry for breakfast, at least I know she is getting nutrition from this.

I received these as part of the Chick Advisor club and was pleasantly surprised. These were surprisingly tasty and alleviated my hunger for the entire morning. I was skeptical that they could replace a meal, but it really was great. I loved the chocolate too and it wasn't powdery or chemical-tasting.

I live the taste- it tastes like a milkshake. I mix mine with almond milk so I don't feel guilty about the calories, I've tried all the flavours and they're delicious!

Pros: convenient sized packaging, good nutrition and great chocolate taste
Cons: takes quite a bit of effort to get all mixed (I use a blender bottle for mixes) and it still had some clumps, it has abit too much sugar for me, i use almond milk so the sugar rush hit me quick. It didn't keep me full until lunch though

I may buy in the future for convenience sake but I think I would prefer the premixed bottles so I don't have to mix it at home.

We received the Carnation Breakfast Essential Powder in chocolate to try out. Our mornings are hectic so we never have a good chance to sit down and eat breakfast before school/work. This powder was super quick and easy to mix in and bring with us on the go. My kids and I both found the taste great, it didn't taste chalky. It was full of flavour. This will become a regular for our busy mornings. I would definitely recommend it to others!

I received Carnation Breakfast Essentials Powder Drink Mix in Chocolate from the Chick Advisor product review club. I am a mother of 3 young boys so always the last one to get in breakfast. These drinks are the perfect quick breakfast to keep me going until snack time. They are super quick and easy to make and taste great. Personally I mixed them in the blender with some frozen banana.
