I've been using this for sometime now. I like to have it in the morning before work. Mixes well and It's great to just put into a travel cup and go. Taste is great and vanilla is my favorite.

Carnation Breakfast Essentials is a staple i my pantry and has been for as many years as I can remember. Excellent for a quick breakfast or snack.
We also find it very useful when someone is not feeling well in the house. Provides nutrients in a great tasting, quick shake format. Chocolate is out favorite but all the flavors are yummy.
