My mornings are usually rushed so having a quick and nutritious breakfast every morning is exactly what I need and what I've been looking for. I tried the Chocolate Carnation Breakfast Essentials Powder Drink Mix on its own with milk and found it satisfying, but I preferred to blend it in a smoothie instead. Since adding the Carnation Breakfast Essentials to my morning routine,I noticed a difference in my energy levels from all of the nutrients packed into the mix. All in all, a great morning fix for a busy working mom! Totally recommend this one! :)

My mornings are usually pretty rushed trying to get my daughter ready and to school on time and then to get to work myself. I don't have time to eat breakfast so I really like to drink one of these in the morning on my way to work. It tastes really good and if you want to change the flavor a bit, you can use almond or soy milk as well. I find that it fills me up and I can go until lunch without having anything else but I will usually have a healthy snack mid morning.
I will be purchasing these again and maybe I can get my daughter to start drinking them as well as I find it hard to get her to eat breakfast. I am hoping to find a variety pack as she would like the strawberry and vanilla flavors over Chocolate.

We use this every single day in our house! It gives my kids a great start to the day. I noticed a huge difference in their health. So many vitamins and nutrients in one small pouch!

I had seen this product on the shelves at the grocery store and had been meaning to try it when the opportunity came up to try it as part of the product review club! #IGotItForFree I loved the Carnation Breakfast essentials! I really love the amount of protein in each serving and the fact that it has vitamins makes me feel like I'm killing two birds with one stone; having a meal and getting some vitamins in.... and it tastes amazing!!!! I tried it with different types of milk; regular, almond, soy and rice and all of them were delicious! I will definitely be purchasing this product to have in the pantry for quick on the go breakfasts!

I received a box of the chocolate flavour from Chick Advisor to try and to review and I am happy that I did. I work crazy hours and I am always on the go and having time for a healthy breakfast is not always an option. I hardly have time to eat it never mind make it. With the Carnation Breakfast Essentials breakfast is now a possibility and I can get it ready quickly. I can mix it at home and take it with me on the go or mix it in the office. The taste is great and I love that it provides me with a high protein breakfast which keeps me going till I can grab lunch. I love the taste and the convenience of this. I sometimes like to have it as a snack in between meals and also after a workout at the gym. Great product.

Was lucky to try this free as part of the product review club. Convenient packaging and easy to use, decent taste (no medicine like taste). Also works great in ice cream, smoothies and shakes. Taste and the added vitamins are an additional bonus!

I really love this breakfast drink . Mornings in this house are always a crazy rush and the ease of throwing the powder in my shaker cup and running out the door is awesome. I used to either spend 20+ minutes preparing or hit the local donut and spend upwards of $10 a pop.

I found a little secret that excels the taste (not that it needs it ) I throw a scoop of ice cream in the mix which makes it even more delicious .

Just before I received my package I found out I have a dairy allergy so I got my hubby and son to try it out and see what they thought. Son (6years old) drank about half of a glass and wasn't too fond of it, he said it was kind of bland. Hubby loved it. Said it kept him full at work until lunch and was a great alternative for quick breakfast on the go. He liked the flavour, said it wasn't too sweet and he would definitely buy them!
