I love Carnation Breakfast Essentials! I usually dont have time to prepare breakfast in the morning so i just drink Carnation Breakfast Essentials and it tides me up until lunch time! It keeps me energized throughout the morning. It's both nutritious & delicious! I highly recommend this item to be on everyone's grocery list!

I am a pretty busy on the go mom, with a 2 hour commute everyday not including pick up, drop off and after school activities I basically am lucky if I have time to grab a banana on the way out the door. I was really eager to try Carnation Breakfast Essentials and it did not disappoint! The chocolate is pretty delicious and doesn't taste super vitaminy (you know the taste I'm talking about) - I was able to quickly throw it into a mug, stir and go and enjoy it on the go. It's PACKED with vitamins and minerals so it's something I've definitely included in my morning routines!

I bought the pre-made bottles of the Chocolate flavour after reading such positive reviews on the powder packets. I am SUCH a fan. I have been using them as a meal replacement for my breakfast for the last 2 weeks. They are the perfect time saver! Once I get home from the store, I throw them in the fridge, and then grab one before I head out to work in the morning to have when I get to the office.
They are absolutely delicious! (I was shocked!!!) No crazy after taste, no weird chemical taste while you're drinking it. When cold, it tastes exactly like chocolate milk...but with the benefit of added protein!
While I am hungry when lunch time rolls around, the Breakfast Essential keeps me satisfied until then (no growly tummy)

I found a great way to make this a more affordable breakfast choice. Walmart has a tin of the powder for around $15. Instead of individually pre measured packages, you buy a large tin and can adjust the amount of powder you use. The cost per serving is far reduced, and lots less packaging to deal with. Tastes great and full of vitamins and minerals to get your day off to a good start. I love the chocolate, tastes like a rich chocolate milk, and keeps me full for hours.

I loved trying this breakfast drink. I'm a busy mom of 2, and sometimes is hard to find time to prepare a proper breakfast. It so easy to make and tasty that i often have to share it with my kids. Is full of vitamins but taste as chocolate milk. It keepse going until lunch no problem. Definetly will buy again
