I really like the powdered Carnation Breakfasts. Mixes up easily in a shaker cup even with ice. I usually purchase the chocolate - have added PB2 or a few grains of instant coffee to change up the flavour. Gets me through to lunch time!

Love this product. Not to expensive but will support you for a full 5 hours. Vanilla is my favorite flavor. I buy the powder ones , i just add milk and i'm ready to go to work.
