That perfect warming comforting drink

Perfect portion size for coming in to warm up after being out in the cold. I usually heat up about 2/3 milk beforehand and add the powder to the warm milk and top with cold milk

My everyday hot chocolate drink, I love how rich and creamy it is and very delicious I must say.. I love the fact that you need no sweetener as it's tasty on its own... will definitely recommend to anyone and will be buying over and over again

Winter time means hot chocolate time! Well, okay, all year long is hot chocolate time, lol. This makes the perfect cup of hot chocolate. And it's delicious when you add it to coffee as well. An easy, home made mocha.

Been using for years

Great addition to coffee in the morning as a little enhancement. Nice and creamy and seems recipe has been the same for years. Love the richness of the chocolate flavour too. When you compare brand names you will surely find this one is way better!

Ce chocolat chaud est pas aussi bon qu'il en n'as l'air en plus de ne pas être crémeux. C'est impossible d'avoir un bon breuvage avec le mode d'emploi.

Out of all the hot chocolate powder I’ve tried (it’s been most of them) I prefer this one it’s good , creamy, and goes good with the lazy mocha I make with instant coffee! :)

Great taste really rich and creamy

I buy carnation all the time but on my last purchase the box was different and the packs seem smaller to me which was disappointing. The taste was different something changed in the recipe but it was good. I like this new taste. I like a big mug of hot chocolate so I usually full my cup with milk and water then add pouch and it was not as strong as i like but today with the new box I added my usual water and milk and it was nice and still full of flavour really rich and creamy like it says. I hope they keep this new recipe.
