Simply the best summer dessert!

My kids and I simply love these brownies. My kids really liked the peanut butter one and I really enjoyed the chocolate fudge. They are a great dessert after a meal and would pair really well with tea and coffee as well!

Bite size but it’s packed with flavours

I like that the brownies are moist inside and easy to eat. It was fresh when I opened them to share with my family. They also liked how crumbly and buttery all the brownies tasted. Would recommend it to my friends and family.

I don't know about you, but I definitely have a sweet tooth and not just any sweet tooth, but a high quality one! If I am going to indulge, it needs to be worth it!

So, when I saw that I was chosen for the Butterly.com and Carolina's Brownies campaign, I was beyond excited! I received three of their Summer Collection of brownies: Espresso (GF), Coconut Bar, and Chocolate Fudge for free in exchange for my honest review.

About each brownie:

My thoughts:
You know when you just need a cozy hug? Well, these brownies do just that!

From the moment you receive the package, the details from the hand written note to the creative wrapping and securely sealed brownies, you can tell that this small business cares! They are excited to take you on a flavour journey when you to taste their brownies.

With each bite, your taste buds are treated to decadence! I could tell right away that this brownie creator does not mess around and that these brownies are made with experience and superb ingredients! Each brownie is chewy, moist, chocolatey and full of unique flavour.

I have to say that I have baked my own brownies from scratch and I must admit, Carolina's are way better!

I also like how the business is set up to create gift boxes of brownies that can be shipped all across Canada. I would be so grateful to receive a box of Carolina's Brownies as a surprise or special occasion!

Ooey-gooey goodness

I received the Chocolate Fudge (The One), Espresso (The Great) and Churro flavours. My favourite was definitely the churro flavour with its cinnamon after taste. I thought the chocolate fudge was good, and just the right amount of chocolate. The Espresso flavour had the perfect amount of coffee flavouring without being over powering.

Great Mini bites

I have received three flavours of Brownie
1)Raspberry Delight
2)Dulche de Leche
3)Espresso

And my favourite would be Dulche de leche as the texture was so smooth and delicious whereas i found raspberry delight be sweeter and couldn’t finish in one go. Espresso was a delight with the rich coffee flavour.
