There are many canned brown gravies on the market, but the Carriere brand is not only the least expensive, it is also the tastiest. If you want a gravy for poutine...this is the one. It has a little spicy kick to it and has a reddish hue which is much more appealing to a traditional poutine. Also great for hot chicken sandwich.
