Tasty and Fun For Parties

This was a great cake, had it many different times. It is even fun to have it iced to celebrate a birthday or other special occasion. However, just as it is, it's great! The one issue I feel is the layers are all great, wish there was more cookie style crumbs in the cake and that the chocolate wasn't the hardest part to dig into. The vanilla and most top portion is soft, but when it comes to the chocolate ice cream, it could be softer. Otherwise, it's a tasty cake and everyone loves it!

I love carvel ice cream cake. The ice cream had the perfect sweetness and the cake had the chocolate crunch. The frosting is ok but together it makes an awesome cake.
