Nightmare with Bell / Customer Service

I bought a pink Allure x Casemate ($50.00) case from Bell Canada in Kingston, Ontario a few months back. I noticed after about 10 minutes of having the case on my phone that it was already!!! showing signs of wear.

Obviously after just literally spending $50 on it, I went back to Bell (where I bought it) and they said they can't return it, it's discontinued and that I would have to go through casemate.

Same day I contact Casemate, they tell me because the case is no longer being made that I can choose one of lesser value and they will send it to me free of charge.

After about a week of dealing with it, I just put the case away. A very unnecessary experience and I will not ever buy a phone case from Bell or Casemate again.
