This product is a great alternative to those who can't have dairy or soy but dislike the taste of almonds. Cashew milk has a milder sweeter taste than almond milk but it is also thicker and creamier which works great for those cream soups and particularly creamy desserts. Want a special treat use them in your smoothies for a luscious feel. As the product can seperate with the addition of acids I would not recommend adding large amounts of acidic items.
