This is a very good basic sports watch with a velcro strap. I've had it over a year now and I wear it 24/7. I do a lot of outdoor sports, horse riding, chopping wood, gardening, shovelling snow, and it's been very reliable. The velcro strap makes it easy to take on and off and also for easy adjustment. The only thing about the velcro is if you have a lot of furry pets you do have to pluck out the fuzz regularly so the velcro "sticks" ! For this price range I recommend it.
