Cassel brewery is a cute little brewery located in Casselman, Ontario. It literally is right off the railroad tracks. I visited here in 2013 and 2014, and am happy to see their brews starting to enter the LCBO market.

White fog is a citrusy Belgian wheat beer - foggy in colour (wheat beers generally are), with a kick of orange citrus, it makes a great patio sunshine beer. It's not too bad - something different in a wheat beer.

It's only available during the summer months.
