I did not receive the catelli ancient grains rotini in my box of free sample from chick advisor to try. Would have loved to review but have never had it. Sorry

I used my ancient grain pasta with my shrimp and Alfredo sauce.
Everyone ate it but asked me not to buy the pasta again. It tasted really grainy. I had to douce my plate in extra parmasean cheese. It was cooked all the way. That wasn't the problem. We usually eat whole wheat breads and pasta but this pasta had a had texture and taste. It won't be on my grocery list.
