For gluten free pasta, this product is good - cooks very fast, which is nice if you're a busy mom and need something quick! Also, there is no taste difference between "gluten full" and this gluten free version. My sister is a celiac and she got me on this - I don't often purchase it, but I have always had good results with it.

The catelli gluten free pasta tastes great but if you over cook it even just the slightest it will mush apart into small pieces. I will try making it again but this time cook it el dente.

My family really enjoyed this Gluten free pasta. None of us suffer from gluten allergies, but it seemed to be easier to digest that regular past ( no bloated feeling).

I am a coeliac and not gluten-free by choice. I typically hate gluten-free pasta but this one is truly amazing, it is the closest thing I have found to regular pasta . I love pasta and I'm so happy that I can eat good pasta again! It's also a really great price and doesn't have a huge markup like most gluten-free pasta's I have bought in the past. I highly recommend this it.

I have been enjoying using this pasta and it works especially well in dishes that you make without precooking the pasta. I love to throw the pasta in the dish without cooking and it comes out quite nice. You can hardly tell the difference.

Great taste! I am impressed with catelli gluten free pasta, does not taste gluten free. It tastes VERY similar to common pasta on the market.
The shape and size was great! Great for cooking, great for pasta sauce dishes, even certain soups.
Even those in family who enjoy regular pasta did not taste a difference until I mentioned it was in fact gluten free.

I received this for free and I liked it. I don`t normally eat gluten free pasta but this one is nice. It takes a little longer than regular pasta to cook but I enjoyed the taste. I would buy it again.

I'm not a fan of fusilli pasta in general but as far as the gluten free pasta line from Catelli, it's not bad! The texture is definitely different and it takes a little longer to cook but it tastes pretty decent. I can't really put my finger on how to describe the texture.

I am slowly making the transition to gluten free and wanted to find a pasta that would have the texture and taste of a traditional pasta. I also wanted to make sure that the pasta would pass the taste test of other members in the household. I am happy to say that we love Catelli gluten free pasta and will continue to buy it. I have used it in several different recipes and it has turned out for me each time. We also have reheated it the next day for lunches and it is great.
