I must say off the top I don't eat gluten free as a rule. I had some guests visiting and one of then is gluten free all the way so I decided to try the gluten free Catelli Macaroni for a pasta salad that I planed to make. We all ate it and really didn't find any difference in flavour or texture. The guest that is gluten free said it was one of the best gluten free pastas he had eaten. I used up the rest of the box in a hot pasta dish and my family didn't notice any difference. Would I purchase it again not really sure . No one in my family is gluten intolerant ,It was a little more expensive and don't see it on sale often.
