I only tried this once and could definitely taste the difference compared to my usual brands that I buy. I guess what I am trying to say basically is that I plain and simple did not like the taste; it was a different difference as if something was missing. I guess I do not like gluten free.

I got these to make a macaroni salad and was hooked after the first time using them. They don't taste much different then regular macaroni, cook.the same way, and have a nice texture. My daughter didn't even notice a difference and she can be picky sometimes.
