Since I prefer al dente pasta, so this is not for me. It is gluey and bland. However, it is o.k. if I under-cook it and use creamy sauce, such as cooking cream, to do a small batch.
I definitely prefer the Catelli pasta that is not gluten free. I find this pasta has a weird chewy texture that I am not a fan of. If you need to have gluten free pasta then I recommend it, but if you don't then I would have the pasta that is nit gluten free. I would not buy it again.
