I definitely prefer the Catelli pasta that is not gluten free. I find this pasta has a weird chewy texture that I am not a fan of. If you need to have gluten free pasta then I recommend it, but if you don't then I would have the pasta that is nit gluten free. I would not buy it again.
Catelli's new line of gluten-free pasta is a welcome product to those with gluten allergies. With a blend of white and brown rice, corn and quinoa, Catelli's gluten free pasta cooks up more like "normal" pasta than those made with just rice flour. The whole family enjoys the taste. The cost is pretty good for a gluten free product.
