Good and gluten-free

The Catelli brand of gluten-free pasta tastes very very similar to regular pasta. People who do not have to eat gluten-free often cannot tell the difference. It works well in pasta salads. I like the penne as they are sturdy don't fall apart like some of the other noodle shapes.

This product is amazing. I love using Catelli Gluten Free Penne in my dishes. I made a tomato based shrimp pasta and it was phenomenal. The penne maintained its shape and didn’t get mushy like some other brands do. The penne noodles tasted good on their own and fantastic with the sauce. The finished product looked amazing and it tasted fantastic even though the noodles were gluten free. My family couldn’t believe the pasta was gluten free because it tasted so delicious. I would definitely buy this again. It is a staple in our household.

What a fine penne!

I had the chance to try Catelli's Gluten Free Penne pasta. I prepared this with a basic basil and tomato sauce with veggies and tofu. It tastes great and didn't dry up when refrigerated and eaten the next day. It also goes on sale often at my local grocery store making it a great price. I will continue to buy this brand regularly!

Gluten free pasta yummy

So I got this pasta along with another one to try and the penne pasta was so good. I normally have a hard time cooking this type of pasta even while following the directions but not with this kind it worked perfectly and the taste was amazing. I would definitely recommend anyone who has celiac or an intolerance to gluten to give this a try, and I have already done that!

Great pasta!

My family and I love this pasta! Priced just right and makes it easy for our tight budgeted family. Cook time is quick and texture of the pasta is great (just don't over cook it). Is definitely our go to brand!

Good pasta, but not always best for certain recipes.

This is our usual brand and we like it. If using just as a vessel with a marinara sauce, it's great. But if mixing into a sauce it falls apart. Doesn't do well in cold pasta salads. It gets quite hard and does not agree with mayonnaise. The value is not terrible does this product, though we usually buy when on sale. We will continue to buy and enjoy in wrtain recipes!

Doesn't taste gluten free

As someone who used to be able to eat gluten it's hard to find replacement items that taste like the real thing. With these noodles I dont notice a difference when you eat them hot. For cold pasta like pasta salad, it's better eaten day 1 or they get a bit hard

AMAZING GF pasta

This is they best gluten free pasta that I have had!! On man it is so easy to cook, and eat. I have used over, and over. My family has had this, and they are not gf, and even they enjoy. We will continue buying this pasta.

Excellent pasta!

Even if those pasta are gluten free, they don't become goey and stay firm. The taste is awesome; even my husband did not realize they were gluten free!!! I recommend them to anyone, "gluten-phobe" or not!!!

les pennes sont très bons. la texture est bonne et on ne voit aucune différence avec des pâtes avec gluten

elles ne collent pas plus.
