great tasting easy to make pasta!
As someone sensitive to gluten it is often hard and expensive to buy good tasking pasta alternative. This product works perfectly and I would highly recommended to friends and family!

Good pasta, but not always best for certain recipes.

This is our usual brand and we like it. If using just as a vessel with a marinara sauce, it's great. But if mixing into a sauce it falls apart. Doesn't do well in cold pasta salads. It gets quite hard and does not agree with mayonnaise. The value is not terrible does this product, though we usually buy when on sale. We will continue to buy and enjoy in wrtain recipes!
