Perfect pasta!!!!

I'm a huge fan of gluten free products. Every time a brand comes out with a gluten free product it's like I won the lottery. Any mom who has a child with food allergies, has celiac, or just wants to eat gluten free items, knows how tough it can be to find gluten free items. Catelli gluten free pasta is amazing. It tastes good, has the same texture as regular pasta. I do find the pasta does boil (cooks) faster than the regular catelli pasta ( wheat one) and if cooked for too long gets soggy. Probably my cooking downfall. Oh and the price....amazing! I have stocked up on these because the price is amazing! This is pasta brand over any other!

A great alternative for people with Celiac

As someone who has lived with Celiac disease since before being gluten free was "trendy", this product is extremely refreshing. I love this product, the quality is phenomenal. I personally prefer the penne and macaroni over the other types of pasta as some get slimy easily. However, I would rate this product a 9.8/10!

Très léger comme repas!

Mon mari et ma fille ont développé une allergie au gluten. Nous avons donc dû changer quelques unes de nos habitudes. Je m'attendais à un goût de carton ou à ce qu'elles soient coriaces comme plusieurs produits sans gluten. Mais pas du tout, ces pâtes sont délicieuses! Notre famille a adopté sans hésiter!

Tastes great

My daughter has celiac and must be on a strict gluten free diet. Catelli gluten free pasta is very affordable and tastes great. It is my ‘go to’ pasta every time.

I didn't know what to expect of these, I thought maybe the texture would be different from regular pasta, but no! I think this is even better actually, the pasta doesn't get all sticky and mushy unlike the regular pasta with gluten. The taste is great, you can't tell that this is gluten free and made with other ingredients. Your guests will not see the difference!
I'm glad to have tried for free this and will stick to it, no more bloating and cramps!

Les pennes sans gluten de Catelli ressemblent vraiment à des pâtes de blé conventionnelles. Une texture peut-être un peu trop ferme mais même les enfants les ont aimés: j'évite ainsi de faire un repas avec deux types de pâtes.

Excellent Gluten free penne

I received this product for free- which in no effects my review. Thank you. I was so excited to find this in the mail. I have Celiac and it is very hard to find a pasta the entire family enjoys. This is the pasta that brings us together for pasta nights. The taste and texture are beautiful. Not too soggy and not too hard. Catelli gluten free penne is perfect to enjoy a home made gluten free pasta dinner. I would recommend this to others. It is definitely on my top three list of gluten free pastas. This is like tasting pasta heaven.

Amazing taste, easy to cook and the texture is just perfect! By far the best tasting gluten free pasta on the market! Will definitely re buy again and again especially for the amazing price point too!

Good and gluten-free

The Catelli brand of gluten-free pasta tastes very very similar to regular pasta. People who do not have to eat gluten-free often cannot tell the difference. It works well in pasta salads. I like the penne as they are sturdy don't fall apart like some of the other noodle shapes.

Can I Penne Some More! 😋

This product is amazing. I love using Catelli Gluten Free Penne in my dishes. I made a tomato based shrimp pasta and it was phenomenal. The penne maintained its shape and didn’t get mushy like some other brands do. The penne noodles tasted good on their own and fantastic with the sauce. The finished product looked amazing and it tasted fantastic even though the noodles were gluten free. My family couldn’t believe the pasta was gluten free because it tasted so delicious. I would definitely buy this again. It is a staple in our household.
