Catelli Gluten Free Pasta is the best. The mix of grains makes this pasta taste just like wheat based pasta. I love that I can serve this to my family and friends and they never guess it's gluten free. I have fully switched all my pasta needs to Catelli Gluten Free. Kudos to Catelli.
