This is a great alternative for those who can't eat gluten. I don't notice a major taste difference and with sauce on top, I don't notice it at all.
It cooks the same as regular spaghetti but after draining it, I do find it breaks easily. It is difficult to 'spin' this pasta on a fork.
It is a great price and available at all my local grocery stores.
Unlike some other gluten free spaghetti that I've tried, I actually really enjoy this brand. It cooks close to the same as regular spaghetti, it does have a different texture, but still tastes great. It doesn't break or dissolve after cooking like some brands that I have tried.

This is the gluten free pasta that is most like regular spaghetti, and I've tried most.
If you have experience with cooking other gluten free pastas, you know that not only does it have the wrong taste and texture, it also cooks itself into a cloud of starchy murk and typically needs to be cooked with more water, more blanching, and more effort.
Catelli gluten free spaghetti does not have these issues. It cooks a lot like regular pasta, and by the time it's on the table you won't know the difference.
I like how this pasta can be compared with normal pasta. It tastes quite similar, the only difference is the texture. This pasta has a bit more grainer texture than normal pastas.
The gluten free spaghetti tastes just like regular spaghetti. It cooks up perfectly and not mushy. Your pasta sauce blends perfectly with the unique taste of the pasta. No one in my family has an intolerance but I would certainly not hesitate to purchase again based on its flavor and texture.
This is my favourite gluten free pasta!! To me it tastes exactly the same as normal pasta. I usually make it for my boyfriend and I and he can't tell the difference.
