The Catelli Protein Pasta is delicious. Although not a huge difference in protein compared to other pastas ....I compared the other Catelli types, I found the carbs quite different. Not a big ingredient list but a big taste. The pasta is great by itself or in a dish. I was very impressed with the Catelli Protein pasta.....hopefully soon it will be more ready accessible to more people. This is a numeric have for anyone that loves pasta.
