This pasta cooks just like the other pastas and do not seem to appear to taste or look all that different either. It holds the sauce as well as a regular wheat noodle would. Fortunately, with all the benefits, it is also priced just about the same as the other lines of Catelli. Good selection of different shapes and sizes.

I am not a fan of the texture of the smart pasta, but the taste is very good, and I like that it's the healthier choice for my family.

Taste is similar to the original pasta, but much healthier. My picky eaters don't notice that they're eating something different, they love it. They are usually on sale at our local grocery store too.

For high fiber and healthy pasta(based on claims), the Smart is good(I prefer this over the Healthy Harvest) and its texture is smoother. The vermicelli is very quick to cook, does well in tossing with stir fry or used in soup/broth. Energy saving!

The family liked it thought something was different but they all cleaned their plates off so I guess it was good!

The smart pasta is delicious and a great healthy alternative to regular pasta since it is rich in finer and you need less to be full.

I am trying to find a healthier pasta noodle but this one is just okay. I don't mind it but my family just does not like the taste. They claim it's "funny" or like "cardboard" and "tasteless".
