Love this product. I was one of the original testers for this product before it was released to the public and could not wait until I could buy it in store. It tastes like regular pasta, I find it goes further as you eat less to fill you and you stay full after eating it. My family loves it. I could not get them to eat whole wheat or whole grain pasta as they did not like the taste or texture. Catelli Smart Pasta tastes just like regular pasta but with all the added benefits of whole grain pasta. I am happy and they are happy.
