I made this spaghetti without mentioning to my family that it was any different from our usual brand and not one of them noticed anything different. they were all shocked when I told them it was spaghetti made of vegetables. It has the same taste and texture as regular spaghetti and is just as easy to make. I am really amazed that they could make a product so similar to the original that contains half a serving of vegetables per serving. I will definitely be purchasing this again!

I received this product free as part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club.  My experience with the Castelli smart veggie spaghetti was excellent. It contains fibre and 1/2 servings of vegetables. It is an excellent way to give toys to kids who are picky with their greens. I would definitely purchase this pasta over other pasta that contain just whole wheat. The taste of this spaghetti was yummy and tasted like my regular pasta. The recipe that chickavisor had provided was awesome. I followed it and it turned out great. I would definitely purchase this spaghetti again and would recommend it to all my friends.

I love this pasta!! It tasted great, just as good as my regular Catelli spaghetti. I love that it looks the same too, meaning I can sneak veggies into my picky eaters diets! It was easy to cook & serve and tasted fantastic.

The taste and texture was the same as "regular" pasta - there is no indication that this pasta was made with vegetables. I will definitely purchase.

I did use the recipe recommended for the veggie spaghetti -- Creamy One Pot Spaghetti. It was great to have recipes included in the package, though I didn't enjoy this recipe as much as I enjoy my regular pasta sauce.

I like the taste and texture of Spaghetti, it wasn't taste tough and vegetables, the high fibre makes me feel full easily. It has more minerals than regular Spaghetti.
It is delicious with tomato sauce and meat balls.

Made spaghetti last night and was able to use my Catelli Smart Veggie Spaghetti that I received for free from Chickadvisor. It didn't take long to cook and didn't need much from the box to cover our serving portions. Tasted great with our homemade spaghetti sauce. My daughter is particular with her food and she didn't notice the difference from our regular pasta.

This was a great Catelli kit that arrived from ChickAdvisor (#gotitfree). It came with a potholder, two utensils, two packages of Catelli pasta and recipe cards. I was excited from the start! I liked the idea that this pasta had the added benefit of fibre and vegetables. I found it tasted a bit 'harder' than normal white pasta but I still enjoyed the taste. I would recommend this product to those who are seeking additional nutrients in their pasta.

My family loved it, they couldn't tell the difference from regular pasta. I loved that it has veggies in it, and my kids will never know. I will definitely be switching to this pasta from now on.
