Catelli is already a staple pasta brand in my household, but we've never tried the Catelli Smart Veggie Spaghetti prior to now. Taste-wise I don't think my family would have noticed the difference if I hadn't mentioned it.

I've noticed, just like with the SuperGreens Fusilli, that this pasta does have a chewy texture when it's freshly made. My child did ask why the spaghetti was so chewy, but it didn't bother me.

This product is amazing!
I admit that I am not so great at getting the vegetable servings I need in a day so any way I can get it in is fantastic! I am a pasta junkie too so this is a perfect compromise. I get to have my pasta and still get some veggies from both the sauce and now the noodles too. The taste is delicious - I didn't notice a difference from the non-veggie pasta. It cooked in the same amount of time as well. I will definitely be looking for this product over the others in the pasta aisle.

This is my new "go-to" for feeding pasta to my vegetable hating kids! It tastes great and they had no clue! So impressed that Catelli is stepping out of the box with new ideas for their pastas. Change is good!!!

Nous avons essayé les pâtes Catelli Smart Légumes et toute la famille en a raffolé. En fait personne n'a vu la différence d'avec les pâtes régulières. Ce qui est une excellente façon d'avoir une demie-portion de légumes dans notre assiette. C'est une bonne alternative pour moi car j'ai un de mes enfants pour qui, manger des légumes, s'avère un véritable cauchemar !! De plus, le temps de cuisson est assez rapide: parfait pour les repas de semaine.

The whole family loved the smart spaghetti pack. We tried with as a spaghetti dinner, as well as in casseroles and both the smart veggie and super greens were awesome! The kids ate like there was no difference and I was thrilled to know it was a healthier choice. I am looking forward to picking up the ancient grains on my own to try it out!

This pasta tasted great. Even though it had veggies added to it, the texture was nice and light. The sauce coated the pasta very nicely. My 2 year old also enjoyed it which is a plus!

I am a huge fan of pastas, and this one did not disappoint. It was able to hold sauce very well. I also enjoyed the flavour and texture very much. Despite it being "veggie", I did not find it chewier/thicker or any different from regular pasta. This is a great because non-veggie lovers can enjoy it, as well! Overall, super yummy and definitely would repurchase!

I was sent a package of the Catelli's Smart Veggie spaghetti as part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club to try for free, and wow am I ever glad I qualified. My toddler is crazy for spaghetti, so I'm always apprehensive to try a new brand, but this did not disappoint. He loved it, my husband loved it and it's so much better for you so it's win win all the way around. As a bonus, it arrived in a beautiful package from Catelli as well! We'll be making this a regular purchase going forward!

I received this pasta from #chickadvisor. I went ahead and made a new recipe with the specgetti which basically was cooked pasta, spinach, chicken and pasta sauce. The pasta had a very similar cooking style as to my regular pasta and tasted like regular pasta as well. This is a big deal when it comes to feeding my husband and 2 year old. We weren't able to eat it all hence I stored it in the fridge and it still kept really well for the next day. I would definitely recommend it to mothers with picky eaters since this pasta has extra vegetables added to it already.

I can't believe how good this tasted! I am always looking for ways to get more veggies and fiber into my family's diet and this pasta had both. I would have sworn we were eating our regular white pasta. Delicious!
