i received this product to review from Chick Advisor. I used it to make a casserole and treated it just like I would normal white pasta. It turned out perfectly! My family loved it and nobody noticed anything different about it. It's a healthier option than regular white pasta.

It was a very delicious spaghetti with carrots and cauliflower added in. However, the carbs and caloric intake is extremely high. We are a family who takes all this into consideration when planning a meal. I try not promote or feed my children these products when they are so high in calories and carbs. I loved though and was quite surprised with the delicious taste!

pasta! I did a side by side taste test with this and conventional spaghetti and thoughy family picked it out right away they had nothing negative to say. It cooked just as easily, good texture with the sauce and tastes great. We will have to look at incorporating this easy change to our family mealtime.

I recieved the Catelli Smart Veggie Spaghetti through Chick Advisor Product Review Club. When the opportunity arose I applied for this because I am always looking for healthier foods for myself and family to eat, however I am always reluctant to buy new things in case we don't like it and I just don't like wasting my money! I was very excited to recieve this Spaghetti and it is a very healthy nutritious pasta. It's high in fibre and low in salt and fats! It has all the nutritional values you could ask for! Now for the taste.....it was absolutely delicious! I made it with my own spaghetti sauce, served it to my family and they gobbled it up without a word! No one noticed it wasn't our regular spaghetti! After I showed them the box and what they just ate they were stunned! It had the same texture and taste as regular spaghetti. We have already purchased our next box and have given away our old boxes of pasta! Out with old in with the new! It is honestly as good or better than the classic spaghetti, just a lot more healthier! Love it!

I have 2 sons who are very picky eaters. My little son has even never eaten spaghetti. But, to my great surprise, when I cooked Catelli Smart Veggie Spaghetti, he ate that, and he loved that! I noticed that Catelli Smart spaghetti has a sophisticated taste and a delicate smell, a little different from other spaghettis, and they are really very nice. I am sure, because of that my little picky eater loved that! He is quite sensitive to tastes and smells.

And I have to tell that all my family - my husband, my 2 sons and I, we all fell in love with Catelly Smart Veggie Spaghettis. I am very glad that Catelli could produce spaghetti with useful vegetables but made that in such a delicate way. Thank you, Catelli!

Love it, there is no way that you can guess that is a veggie Spaghetti, the texture was excellent and after cooking the pasta was aldente, I think is a pasta that you can use with different pasta recipes, I think this pasta will be my first choice for now on

So my hubby cooked the one pot spaghetti recipe that came with the package from Catelli and it was great. I wish there were a little more sauce, but I think that's a personal preference. The spaghetti was al dente and it makes me feel better knowing that it had extra veggies hidden in there. I would definately buy it again.
