Although it is really expensive this product is worth it. I use the whole premier cru product line and have seen dramatic results in my skin. La creme riche is perfect for winter as it is thicker and more moisturizing than the premier cru cream. It also works well as an overnight mask face mask. A little goes a long way, I use a pea sized amount and it is enough to cover my whole face. Even with daily use one jar will last for a couple months.

Since I tried this cream, my imperfections are reduced, my skin is hydrated, bright and soft. I love the oils put in the cream. It smells good and the texture is not greasy. I apply it at night before bed and in the morning I can see the results! If the price would be lower, I would buy it for sure!

I have always been a huge fan of Caudalie and what the brand entails. Especially that I'm closer to 30, I pay more attention to what I put on my skin, and the moisturizer is very rich, hydrating, goes on light and contains antioxidant-rich grape-seed Polyphenols. Leaves my skin feeling soft and brighter.

Formula: The consistency of this cream is very thick almost to the point that it felt waxy on my fingers and it does not apply smoothly over skin. You have to use a large amount to cover your face and after a few minutes it completely flakes off and little bits of fallout are everywhere. The flaking could be due to another product interfering with your skin's moisture barrier or certain ingredients in this cream that don't seem to work with a particular skin type. My skin is on the normal/dry side right now so this should have been a perfect match. It get's into your hair and on your lips as well. I'm not impressed at all with this type of cream.
Bottom Line: The fact that it has a $158 price tag is laughable since the formula is that bad, doesn't absorb well and has a really pronounced floral scent that is dreadful. This is the first Caudalie product that I didn't like as I'm genuinely a fan of this brand. It might work well for others but honestly for me I would not recommend or ever buy it myself.
