I receive spring water delivery (18L bottles for my cooler) by Canadian Springs normally. I wanted to try Cedar Springs as the prices per bottle were lower. I received 1-2 deliveries but was unable to use the service again as the delivery times are during working hours only. They delivered the wrong kind of bottles on the second delivery but due to sanity rules (it was in my house) were unable to swap them out for the right delivery. I received a credit for a free bottle which I have not been able to receive.
This is a review of the customer service received by Cedar Spring. Absolutely awful. I received a bill for the deposit on the outstanding bottles. The same day I received a call asking for the balance. I noted that as ok... they are pointing out the bill and I planned to pay it within the next couple weeks. Within 8 business days of getting the original invoice, I received a bill with interest added. Less than 2 weeks for receiving the bill? Strange and a bit ridiculous. At 2 weeks after receiving the bill (when I was about to pay) I received a call that if I don't pay the bill will go to collections. This is not for a large amount of money and it has been 2 weeks from original invoice. At this point I was less than impressed and gave them that feedback. They have awful communication. I called previously to tell them when I would pay and the person in charge of the account did not bother reading that before she called.
Poor customer service. Not sure how they are in business. Definitely would not recommend.
