This tea is great because you can just add the tea bags to a glass of cool water and let it set for five to ten minutes and that's it. I use two tea bags in a bottle of water ,that holds about 16 ounces. Then I remove the bags and add sugar or just drink it plain. The tea is a black tea with peach flavor. I don't think the peach flavor is very strong but it is good. the tea does have caffeine in it.
