I bought this product from Costco. It is a bit on a pricey side but cheese has always been pricey anyway. This is soooo good. So addictive! A very good snack for those trying to watch what they eat. It is Gluten & Carb free; has 13g of protein in one serving, sugar free and no artificial flavor or additives, no food coloring and made with nothing but cheese.

It is a good topping for salads and soups. It's very delicious. So many uses. You can also serve it as tiny hor d'oveurs.. just top it with meat or a little tomato or hummus. They are tiny and you can't stop with just one.
