Would purchase again

I've had low iron for a while now and have found this product to have a ton of nutrients. I use the pumpkin seeds in my yogurts, smoothies or just eating like a snack. Has a great taste and recommended.

Love these raw pumpkin seeds! You don't have to worry about added salt or sugar or oil with this product. Central roast is one of my favourite brands for seeds, nuts and dried fruits. Price is in a little higher range but get them on sale and you will be hooked!

These honestly have to be the most bland, yucky tasting pumpkin seeds I've ever tasted. They taste like slimy cardboard.
