Great multivitamin.

I was using this multivitamin for a few months and they are great, they have a lot of good vitamins and minerals that are essential for your health. I did find them quite pricy for the amount you get. But then I found Nu U Nutrition's Multivitamins which have the same and more vitamins and minerals in them, they're the same size tablet and they come in a bottle with a 365 day (a year's) supply for around the same price as the Centrum version. The reviews and comparisons of the Nu U's version to the Centrum version, when I was looking at them on Amazon, showed that the value for money for the Nu U's multivitamin far exceeds Centrum's. Centrum's multivitamin is really good but it is quite expensive when you compare to other multivitamins with the same ingredients and quality.
