great for a daily multi

I used many different daily multi vitamins and find this one has less fillers than other vitamins, and more of what the body needs on a daily basis,i feel better when taking them daily

These vitamins when taking the Centrum Advantage variety are recommended to be used twice a day. They contain both vitamins and minerals and were my family doctor's choice for use. They are easy to swallow although a fair size as vitamins go. There is absolutely no taste involved so therefore none of that sickening aftertaste in your mouth.

My husband sometimes has a B12 deficiency and our doctor recommended he take Centrum multivitamins daily. The next blood work in three months showed his B12 level was normal. His levels stay normal as long as he takes it. He ran out of them and he didn't tell me to buy more and he didn't remember to get them either. We got a call from the doctor after his next blood work to say his B12 was low. He started to take the Centrum multivitamins again and his B12 went back up to normal.
