I've tried to like these mainly because I was seeking relief from a sore throat, but it just didn't work for me. I felt the lozenge numbing my entire mouth and throat, but after the effects wore off, it didn't feel any better. Due to the numbing feeling, I can never bring myself to finish one whole lozenge either, which may also be the reason why I didn't see improvement. If you can withstand this factor, then maybe it will work better for you. I just couldn't get past it.
