Cepacol has a very strong flavor. It is very effective but it is not always the most enjoyable thing to have in your mouth. On the upside, you will probably only have to use one to get that throat soothed.

I really appreciate the instant relief of these lozenges. I prefer the honey and lemon flavor as it soothes the throat with a refreshing taste. They are typically more expensive than other cough lozenges, but their anti-bacterial ingredients do more than just treat symptoms. I definitely recommend them!
