These really take the edge off of a sore throat and numb your throat for a little while, I had strep throat a while back and I was eating these like popcorn. They really helped though especially when the painkillers would start to wear off. The children's one works well too, my daughter used them when she had her tonsils removed and again when shae had strep throat. She was actually prescribed morphine and she preferred to take the cepacol drops instead. so that says alot.

These things saved my life when I got strep throat last year. I bought so many different "sore throat relief" products, it was a bit ridiculous - this was literally the only thing that helped. They are pretty gross in taste, especially if you don't like that 'fake cherry medicine' flavour, but they work so well, it's totally worth it. Usually my nose is too stuffed up to taste them anyway.

I definitely recommend these to absolutely anyone looking for a simple solution to a sore throat. They're fairy cheap, simple to use (don't even get me started on those stupid sprays!), and they work great!

Cepacol is super amazing love this has helped my throat so much everytime i have a dry sore throat. Love all the flavours they have come out with super soothing.

I only ever purchased these one time, I got them because I was in desperate need of throat lozenges and these were the only ones the store had. I found these to be pretty strong tasting and I wasn't a fan if the flavour. They worked but I didn't enjoy them enough compared to other brands and I never purchased them again.

Cepacol lozenges work amazing! Cherry flavor is my favorite. There is always a box sitting in my medicine cabinet. Not only does Cepacol relieve and sooth a sore throat but it dumbs as well, so less pain. Great for calming my dry irritating cough at bedtime too. The only product I use and recommend.

Great product. I am sick right now and I am using them until i can get in to see the doctor. I like the taste of the cherry one and it works well. Defiantly better tasting and more effective then halls.

Thes really worked on my husband's sore throat...it numbed it, and was very strong. It made his breath stink, but it worked well on his throat, lol! We will definitely continue buying it!

We usually keep Cepacol on hand all year round for those times that someone in our household gets a sore throat. They soothe and numb the throat making it easier to swallow and making the pain much less. They work really well and come in numerous flavors.

These lozenges work amazing. They have that numbing quality to it so that your throat is numb from the pain and the minthol soothes is. It helps me to get rid of throat aches especially during the cold seasons. Great buy.

This is the only thing that soothes sore throats. Whenever I have that scratchy feeling in the throat I reach for this. Also when you are throat hurts so much you cannot swallow, this is the only thing that gives releif
