I received this as being part of Chickadvisor and I found that it worked very well! I found that it wasn't greasy at all.

I found the lotion to be light and moisturizing at the same time. I would recommend it.

The lotion was fantastic for my skin. My face felt more even balance and much smoother, gentler look. I loved having the SPF protection.

I found the AM lotion quite thick and actually wondered if it was supposed to be the night lotion. In my experience, day lotions are usually much lighter. It is very thick and heavy. I preferred the night lotion for it's lighter texture and ease of blending in.

I did not find either to be any better or any worse than my regular drug store brand of moisturizer. It does moisturize, but I did not notice any difference in my skin after using for two weeks. I'm not sure that two weeks is long enough to test efficacy of any product, however. I will continue to use both of these until they are gone, but likely would not purchase.

I received CeraVe AM Facial Moisturizing Lotion with SPF 30 (day) free as part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club. It was the first time I tried anything from CeraVe, and while I liked the bottling and the pump, I was disappointed in the product itself. Instead of leaving my face moisturized it felt heavy and greasy no matter how little I used.

I have enjoyed using this product as my skin has never felt and looked better. I love that the lotion comes in a handy pump and that one does not need much of it for every use as it spreads so easily and therefore, it will go a long way despite the price. The only thing that i was not 100% a fan of is that it was SPF 30. I dont see it being something i would like to use during winter as sunscreen is not important and due to it being a sunscreen it does feel a tad heavy on the face. However, what an asset this is for summer time as one less application to the face needs to be done with this combination lotion. My skin normally feels dry, but with this lotion it felt well hydrated as it advertises. I would choose this product over past products I've tried with SPF.

I would definitely recommend this product as i think it is a great lotion if one needs a lotion with SPF.

I got the testers for both am and pm use and am truly amazed. I live in the Okanagan where it is very dry and sucks the moisture out of your skin ,after using the creams for 7 days my skin is smooth and looks refreshed. The day time cream was thick and soaked into my skin quickly which made putting my makeup on easy. It also made my cover up go on more smoothly and evenly.
The night time cream was a little thinner but still absorbed into my skin quickly. Neither cream was the least bit greasy or oily.
I liked both the day and night time cream and using it has now become part of my daily routine.

CeraVe AM goes on smooth, It's not greasy like some other sunscreens. I am not crazy about the smell, it smells too much like sunscreen but it is not a horrible smell so it does not reall affect my opinion as this is my only minor complaint. I have used this product as instructed and my skin looks great!. I do not believe in using age defying creams and this product proves that I don't need one. This does the job perfectly. I will keep buying this product and I would recommend it to anyone. It is affordable and it does what it claims to do.

I found the cream to be noticeably thicker, shinier and slower to absorb than other facial moisturizers, which made putting makeup a lot more difficult. It was more uncomfortable to wear, as I was constantly aware of it`s presence, rather than my usual moisturizer which feels near weightless, absorbs readily and makes applying makeup a breeze. The only time I can see myself finishing the bottom would be in the summer when I would like the SPF protection and do not intend to wear makeup (e.g. walks, park visits, etc). It is also more expensive than my current moisturizer for a less desirable outcome.

On the positive side, I did like the pump dispenser better than my usual moisturizer which does not have any such mechanism. I found this made it effortless to control the amount of product being used, while mitigating waste.

As a result of the above, I would not recommend this product.
