It's a pass for me

I wish I could like this toner because it honestly has a pretty decent ingredient list and is very hydrating. However, my skin had a mini rebellion over this toner. My skin got very red, it worsened my acne and it honestly just wasn't doing that great while I was using this product. As soon as I stopped using this toner, my skin improved greatly.
