Certo pectin for jam and jelly making

Being a canner of jams and jellies, Certo Pectin is my go-to brand. If you follow the directions, you will have success in all your canning options. Be sure to buy fresh and watch for the expiry date on boxes of pectin to ensure proper set. The liquid pectin (2 pouches) is also my favourite as it doesn't need to dissolve with the hot jam mixture. Certo pectins also come in a low sugar option.
