Helps get rid of eye makeup that your cleanser missed

This oil-free, liquid gently and effectively removes makeup, even waterproof mascara. Often after I've washed my face a bit of mascara residue is left. I don't want to be too aggressive rubbing it off, so I can just apply a bit of this Cetaphil make-up remover to a cotton pad hold over my lashes and the residue is removed. The product is paraben and fragrance free so there is no irritation when I have used it. It's claim is oil free, but oddly enough it does feel oily, so a little goes a long way. I just apply a toner after wards and that oily sensation is gone

Effective Enough

This is a gentle makeup remover, so it will take a little effort to remove it all, especially eye makeup. Although it didn’t irritate my skin, it did leave it feeling a little oily. Given the choice I think I prefer the milky makeup removers.

I would have liked a pin hole opening as it’s easier to control how much you use, but that’s just my preference.

Removes Waterproof Eyeliner!

I love this! I tested this on so many different waterproof eyeliners and mascaras and was amazed at the power of this makeup remover. It even worked on transfer proof liquid lipstick that I had stopped using because of how hard it was to remove. The best part? There was no greasy feeling on my skin after and I didn't react to the product. It didn't;t burn my eyes or make them red. Fantastic for sensitive skin and a really reasonable price, I will be using Cetaphil Gentle Makeup Remover from here on in. This is my go to makeup remover for life!
