If you have very sensitive skin great product for you

Great for sensitive skin, it is very gentle and not harsh at all. This product does not irritate the skin or cause any redness, the price I bought it for was $13 I think it's more on the costly side and I believe that you are more likely to find something much better within the same price range.

Wasn't right for my skin type

I tried this on the recommendation of my doctor to treat my acne. Again and again, I tried using this in my routine but it didn't work for my skin - oily/combination. After washing it off, my skin didn't feel clean and it felt like there was a film. I think that this is a great product since it was recommended by doctors, but it didn't work for me.

Does not clean at all

I’ve used this and it still makes me feel unclean. It’s great when you have good skin and need a simple routine when you’re using retinol or other skin actives, but it literally doesn’t nothing. No ingredients that have anything to help your skin with hydration. I used it when I had nicer skin, but when I started to have adult breakouts it made it even worse and make up would still be on my face. I would use it to wash my beauty blenders and silicone diva cup and it didn’t clean them at all even with a lot of pumps and would make it smell strange.

Very detergent feeling

It definitely needs to be accompanied with a moisturizer or a toner. It’s felt my skin feeling dry and dull. My acne didn’t budge after a month of use either.

Did nothing for me

I have oily skin and have been spending alot of money on face wash. So I thought I would try this brand and in a couple of hours after washing my face I got super oily again and broke out really bad.

Nothing special

I'm currently using this as it was recommended for my sensitive skin. It is gentle enough for everyday use and does not irritate the skin. However, my skin does not feel "clean" after using it and I can still feel my pores being clogged. I will finish the product but not sure if this is something I will repurchase.

Very affordable

This is easily the most basic and affordable cleanser. It is also fragrance free and fungal acne safe. Nothing to hate on this! The only thing to get used to is that it doesnt really foam and sometimes I feel it doesnt clean my face enough.

Made my skin feel tight

I used this for 2 weeks. I tried to give it time but it just made my face feel tight. It did not remove my makeup and felt I had to wash my face twice. I would not recommend this product and will not be buying it again.

I am conflicted

I am not entirely sure about how I feel about this product. I use it as a body/feminine wash on sensitive areas of skin. It is certainly not irritating on the skin, however, other than that, I don't notice that it is particularly effective compared to other products for sensitive skin. It doesn't lather much, which isn't helpful... I also don't love that it has parabens.

Actually NOT for acne

I used this diligently under the advice of my dermatologist for years. I wish I had not.

There are much better options out there. Cetaphil actually contains harsh surfactants that dry out your skin. It also contains nothing that helps with exfoliation which acne must have in order to clear it. After switching to Vichy's Normaderm line and then trying Neostrata's line for acne, my skin cleared up IMMENSELY.
